Ethan is a guy I truly have a lot of time for. I know last season was a bit of an adjustment as Ethan’s personal side with work and less ice-time changed from the year before skating with the Leeds Knights. It’s not as easy as people think to go from skating a few times a week to working full time and skating once and then having a busy schedule.

We’ll be looking for Ethan to step up another level this season. Make simple plays and not put so much pressure on himself. It’s an admirable trait and I love that about him. When Ethan is on he can be one of the best defenceman’s in the league. He has great skating ability and skill set as well as vision. When he puts all three together he’s a player who can contend.

Again I’m really excited to bring Ethan back and feel like with what we have planned for team defence this year he will continue to developed as he is still young. Welcome back Ethan and see you in August.

Very happy to be back!

It’s was great to be asked back for another season with the Hawks. It’s an absolute privilege to wear the hawks logo and name. After the progression within the club and the success of the previous season it was an easy decision to return back for another season. I know Dom and Club are building a team that’s ready to push for more and bring more trophies back to Blackburn. Since the new ownership and coaching the level of this club has come along way and I plan on continuing to be part of progressing myself with this club. Our fan support is the best in this league by a long way and I can’t wait to get back in September and get the season going!
