Due to changes within the UK Home Office which came into effect on 1st July 2026 Jackson no longer met the criteria needed to come into the Country on a Sportsperson’s Visa

Therefore the club had to seek a replacement who met the new regulations.

Basically there is a sliding scale of quality that the Home Office requires for entry, unfortunately Jackson no longer met this, it starts with the NHL and works downwards in standards.
