We’re delighted to welcome Zack to the nest, and we’re sure you’ll all be just as excited as we are to see him in a Blackburn shirt!

Zack:

I wasn’t originally planning on playing again this season, but after conversations with Andy and Ollie, it reignited a spark and desire to play.

Blackburn has been a place that’s had a lot of success in the past, and hopefully I can play my part in helping us achieve more success in the future when called upon.

The fans have always been great to play in front of as a travelling goalie, so I can’t wait to experience that from within the team.

Andy:
A few weeks ago, we needed a goalie as emergency cover, and it highlighted the fact that we needed some additional bodies if we’re going to set ourselves up for another winning season.

After speaking with Zack, we managed to come to an agreement that suits all parties, and we’re delighted to have him on board.

He’s a proven number one at this level and will come in to support Dmitri and Traps, giving us a strong trio in the goaltending unit.

We’re really happy to have him on board.
