Terms & Conditions – Blackburn Hawks Away Travel
1.1 Away Travel tickets must be pre-booked and paid in full for the specific AWAY Game on the designated date to ensure we have the correct travel capacity. Once tickets are purchased they cannot be cancelled or transferred to another date unless the scheduled match has been rearranged by the governing body.
1.2 In the event that the Away Match is rescheduled the customer will have the option to either transfer their booking or alternatively receive a full refund.
1.3 The Official Blackburn Hawks Team Away Travel Vehicle will depart from Planet Ice Blackburn on the time(s) denoted on the booking/website for the specific Away Game and Evermax Events Ltd T/A Blackburn Hawks IHC cannot be made liable for any loss or distress caused by a failure to be on board the vehicle before the designated time of departure.
1.4 In the unlikely event that our nominated Away Travel vehicle has unforeseen mechanical failure resulting in late arrival or non-attendance for an AWAY Game, Evermax Events Ltd T/A Blackburn Hawks IHC.
1.5 Any complaints regarding Official Hawks Away Travel please email: [email protected] and your complaint will be investigated.
Terms & Conditions – Official Blackburn Hawks Matchnight/ Season Tickets
1.1 Matchnight Tickets can only be purchased via the Planet Ice – Ice Account system (access available via www.HawksStore.co.uk) or via the Planet Ice Blackburn Arena Box Office on or before the date of the scheduled fixture.
1.2 In the event that the Scheduled Fixture has to be rescheduled prior to the event starting or upto the end of the first period of play, the customer will have the option to either transfer their match night ticket to another fixture or alternatively receive a full refund.
1.3 The Official Blackburn Hawks Season Tickets are only available for purchase via www.HawksStore.co.uk. Season Tickets are transferrable and therefore should you not be able to attend the game, you can invite a party to use your ticket.
1.4 In the unlikely event that you lose your Season Ticket please email: [email protected] with your name, address and if possible your Season Ticket Order Number and we will investigate and re-issue where required.
1.5 Any complaints regarding your Official Blackburn Hawks Matchnight/Season Tickets please email: [email protected] and your complaint will be investigated accordingly.
