𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗗𝗼𝗺…

With the exception of a couple of younger guys and the remainder of our goalie team still to be announced, this will complete our roster — the group of players we’re counting on to finish what we set out to achieve three years ago when we started this journey.

Val is a key player for us. He’s a total veteran who plays with his heart on his sleeve. He embodies everything you want from an import: he works hard and doesn’t play the typical “import” style you often see. We’ve brought in two hardworking offensive imports who will contribute in all areas of the gam, including the defensive zone. That’s exactly what we needed to support our strengthened core of British talent.

Val is an incredible offensive threat, and the guys he’ll be playing with bring the kind of depth we were missing before making changes to move forward. One of his most valuable and frankly unbelievable traits is his presence in the dressing room. The guys love him. He’s one of our own.

We’re now a threat all the way through the lineup, no matter which five guys we put on the ice in any combination. Of course, we’ll face injuries or personal absences throughout the season, but I believe this is the most complete team we’ve had in years in terms of experience, chemistry, and players who want to be on the ice together. Val is a guy who can play anywhere in the lineup and he will.

I’m really excited to be back from the start of the season this year. Looking forward to getting going again with a great group of guys and the best fans around, and pushing for silverware.
