I’m really excited about this addition. Charlie has once again been solid up in the National League. He is a great two-way player and understands the kind of battle it takes to add depth to our lineup. He’s a player who will get the opportunity to play and earn more ice time with us. He’s great in the face-off circle and is hungry to be part of a winning team.

I truly believe he will be a standout player in our league. To get to where we want to go, we need depth players who are not only capable of playing their roles but also have the ability and intelligence to step into different positions in the lineup—especially when players are injured or unavailable. I feel that Charlie brings valuable experience from a higher level and will make an immediate impact. He’s a team-first guy who talks about one thing: winning. He’s hungry for it and is exactly the kind of complete team player we need to reach our end goal.
