Very excited about this signing. Garry has proven he can be a real thorn in the side of his opponents. He plays a tough, physical game and never backs down from a challenge. He’s also shown that he can put up numbers at our level, and after speaking with him, I truly believe he’s hungry for the kind of professional and winning environment we’ve built here.

What I really believe is that Garry will thrive in the culture we’ve created, alongside the talented players we’ve recruited over the past few seasons. Once again, we are building to challenge for it all, and Garry is a player I feel can adapt and play anywhere in the lineup if needed.

He’ll bring depth to the squad and, when called upon, can play alongside our more experienced players seamlessly. Just as importantly, they’ll be able to play alongside him. After watching him closely over the last couple of seasons playing against us, I’m confident he has the potential to become a top player. This is exactly the type of player we’ve been looking for someone who, along with our other new additions, fills the gap we needed to push us over the line.
